4 cups cubed, ripe mango
3 cups water
1/4 cup sugar, or to taste
juice of 1 lemon
lime wedges for garnish
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine the mango and water and puree at high speed until smooth. Thin with more water if desired, and add sugar and lemon juice to taste. Blend again and serve in tall glasses over ice with a wedge of lime.
