1 cup rolled oats
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, or to taste
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tart apple (granny smith or other), peeled, cored and diced
Directions:
1. Place the oats and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Stir in the diced apple when ready to serve.
