1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup mango juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Note: Use to marinate chicken, fish or pork. Do not re-use marinade. The possibility of bacteria build-up is present.
