1/2 cup lemon juice
1 clove garlic, finely minced
2 tablespoons freshly chopped oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Note: Use to marinate chicken, fish, or pork loin chops. Do not re-use marinade. The possibility of bacteria build-up is present.
