2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
tablespoons salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Note: Use to marinate chicken breasts or pork loin chops. Do not re-use marinade. The possibility of bacteria build-up is present.
