1/2 cup tomato juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon freshly chopped basil
1 tablespoon freshly chopped oregano
Directions:
1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Note: Use to marinate chicken breasts. Do not re-use marinade. The possibility of bacteria build-up is present.
