4 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
2 tablespoons freshly chopped scallions
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions:
1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Note: Use to marinate chicken, fish, beef, pork, tofu or vegetables. Do not re-use marinade. The possibility of bacteria build-up is present.
