1 mango, peeled, pitted and cubed
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Bring the sugar and water to a boil. Remove from the heat and cool.
2. Puree the mango with half the sugar syrup. Adjust the taste by adding a few drops of lemon juice and more sugar syrup until a pleasant balance of sweetness and tartness is reached.
3. Keep refrigerated.
