1/2 cup cranberry juice
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried apricots, chopped
dash of cinnamon
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup pecans
Directions:
1. In a small skillet, heat the cranberry juice, cranberries, apricots and cinnamon and simmer until the fruit is plump and the liquid has been absorbed, about 10 minutes.
2. Add the pecans and maple syrup. Bring to a boil and take off the heat.
