1 1/2 cups sliced, 1/4" thick rhubarb
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a pot. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until the rhubarb is completely soft and falling apart.
2. Serve warm with pork, duck, turkey or Cornish hens.
