1 cup rolled oats
ground cinnamon to taste
3 tablespoons raisins
1/2 cup skim milk
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1/2 cup seedless green grapes
1/2 cup seedless red grapes
Directions:
1. Place the oats, cinnamon and raisins in a bowl. Add the milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Stir in the nuts and grapes when ready to serve.
