1 cup low-fat granola
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/4 cup roasted and salted, shelled peanuts
1/4 cup M & M's or other chocolate candies
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks.
Note: Get Creative - this trail mix can be made with other dried fruit (cranberries, cherries, pineapple) and nuts depending on your personal preference.
