1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 tart apple, peeled, cored and diced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions:
1. Place the oats, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl. Add the milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Stir in the diced apple and sprinkle with brown sugar when ready to serve.
