1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Sauvignon Blanc, or similar white wine
2 tablespoons minced, fresh ginger root
1 ripe, medium pear
1 large peach
1 ripe mango
2 ripe kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup finely diced red onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the lemon and lime juice, wine and ginger.
2. Peel, seed and dice the pears, peach and mango. Add to the juice mixture. Add the kiwi, pineapple, onion and cilantro.
3. Toss together and refrigerate until ready to use.
