4 large ears of corn, shucked
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons chili oil
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar to the water and add the corn.
2. Cook until the corn is tender, about 10 minutes depending on the size of the corn.
3. Brush the corn with a small amount of oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
