2 teaspoons olive oil
4 cups sliced, button mushrooms
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a 10" skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the mushroom slices, salt and pepper and toss with the olive oil until the mushrooms become golden, about 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and serve.
