2 teaspoons olive oil
4 cups snow peas, ends trimmed
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a 10" skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the snow peas, salt and pepper and toss with the olive oil until the snow peas turn bright green and become fork tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and serve.
