4 cups fresh spinach (about 4 handfuls)
Directions:
1. Wash the spinach and remove any tough stems.
2. Place the spinach in a steaming basket with 2 inches of water in the pot beneath the basket and cover.
2. Bring to a boil over a high heat and steam for approximately 2-4 minutes, or until the spinach is bright in color.
